San Diego Grantmakers' Transition Age Youth Funders (TAY Funders) collaboration is hosting this convening for grantmakers, San Diego County’s Extended Foster Care Program professionals, foster youth, and leaders of agencies and programs that touch the lives of transitioning foster youth for a day of strategic dialogue and asset mapping.

The purpose of the day will be to develop a comprehensive map of available resources, determine gaps in service, and identify collaborative strategies to build better connections among providers and improve outcomes for foster youth.

Participation by foster youth and key stakeholders in the foster care system is very important to this effort, so we encourage all those invited to attend or send a knowledgeable representative.

This convening is sponsored by the Fostering Futures Initiative, a cross-sector collaboration focused on transitioning foster youth, a project of TAY Funders.
