This Corporate Philanthropy session is sponsored by Nordson.

Do employees and C-suite executives know about the impact your employee engagement and corporate social responsibility programs are making within the company and in the community? As companies are rethinking their roles in terms of engagement and enhancing societal good, they are also rethinking the roles and relationships with employees. The ability to engage employees as part of the broader corporate social responsibility strategy is essential to cultivating support and internal engagement across organizational departments, as well as advancing broader corporate business strategies.

This session highlights different approaches to cultivating internal support and communicating corporate social responsibility efforts. It features speakers from a range San Diego companies as they share their practices and lessons learned, to be followed by an open discussion.

Lunch will be provided.
