San Diego County is represented in the applicant pool for $750,000 from Sierra Health Foundation: Center for Health Program Management (the Center) through its statewide Positive Youth Justice Initiative, co-funded by The California Endowment and The California Wellness Foundation and designed to transform juvenile justice into a more just, effective system that is aligned with the developmental needs of young people rather than outdated punitive models.
This briefing is an opportunity to learn more about this initiative and its implications for juvenile justice work in the San Diego region.
