  • individual interviews with staff on their roles
  • conducting a landscape scan to find organizational structures we could emulate
  • a discussion of organizational needs with executive staff and board leadership
  • designing a staff retreat agenda
  • expertly facilitating the retreat to maximize engagement and outcomes
  • providing a written report with multiple options (including pros/cons for each option) to meet our capacity needs.

The staff retreat is scheduled for August 17. (We have a staff of 10.)
